I work to create a safe place where you can feel your feelings, go to those dark nights of the soul places, and let it out. As we feel our feelings, we find our way back to ourselves. Or maybe you need to form the self you were never allowed to have.

Overcoming Hurdles

The hardest step will be sending the first email or text. The process can be hard and painful, but maybe for the first time in your life you will have a co-journeyer in the struggle with you.

Establishing a Routine

​

Therapy works best with the rhythm and traction weekly meetings provide. I recommend at the beginning of the process having weekly 50-minute sessions.

Healing & Transforming

​

In just a few weeks, most clients will look over their shoulders and realize they are already doing things differently and can see changes in their daily lives.

When I designed my office space, my vision was to provide an inviting refuge in which the atmosphere would be warm and safe. Almost like you’re home. Before and after a session, you are welcome to grab a hot beverage, flip through a magazine, and rest on the couch.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

My fee for a therapy session is $180. Each session is a 50-minute therapeutic hour.

What types of payments do you accept?

I accept venmo, cash, check, credit card, and hsa card.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a receipt for your insurance company.
